Shipping will incur a flat rate of $25 through Australia Post.
Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia post Express. All parcels require a signature upon delivery and include tracking and insurance whilst in transit until a signature is obtained on delivery. We do not guarantee any of the shipping times as advertised by Australia Post.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds so please choose carefully. Unless otherwise specified, unworn items can be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of receipt minus a $150 restocking fee. If. Exchanges cannot be processed outside of these timeframes.

This exchange policy does not cover rings that have been resized. Items returned in a condition other than their original, unworn state (without scratches and in original packaging) will not be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
