What are the steps?
Every custom project follows the same process.
- Consultation: your idea, budget and preferred diamond type.
- Diamond selection: natural or lab-grown diamonds presented side by side.
- Design: CAD visualisation where needed, refined with you.
- Manufacture: made by our in-house jewellers or trusted partners.
- Quality control: every piece inspected before collection or delivery.
How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
Engagement ring settings start from $2,200, including consultation, CAD design and manufacture. The diamond is priced separately. Every project is individually quoted.
How long does it take?
Most custom engagement rings take approximately two to three weeks. A solitaire with a diamond we already hold can take one to two weeks. Custom wedding and eternity rings typically take two to four weeks.
Can I design remotely?
Yes. Many clients design by phone, email and video, reviewing CAD images and diamond videos, with insured delivery Australia-wide.
