If you require the ring resizing, please contact us prior to purchase, as it will incur a resizing fee depending on how many sizes up or down are required. It will also add additional time to the dispatch time frame.

Shipping will incur a flat rate of $25 through Australia Post.

Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia post Express. All parcels require a signature upon delivery and include tracking and insurance whilst in transit until a signature is obtained on delivery. We do not guarantee any of the shipping times as advertised by Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds so please choose carefully. Unless otherwise specified, unworn items can be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of receipt minus a $150 restocking fee. If. Exchanges cannot be processed outside of these timeframes.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and redelivery costs. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service for returns, as CTJ Jewellery is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

This exchange policy does not cover rings that have been resized. Items returned in a condition other than their original, unworn state (without scratches and in original packaging) will not be accepted for exchange and will be sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is not in new condition.

Resizing:

Most of our rings can be resized. Please contact us before purchasing for a size guide as resizing more than one size up or down will incur a resizing fee or the required amount of sizes may not be able to be completed due to the design of the ring. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Resizing will add additional time to the dispatch time frame.
