Delivery:
Orders marked as in stock are prepared for dispatch from our Gold Coast showroom within 1-3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express and include tracking, insurance whist in transit, and require a signature on delivery. Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed by CTJ.
If resizing is required, please contact us prior to purchase, we are happy to assist with all enquiries. Resizing fees vary depending on the design and size adjustment required. Resizing will extend the dispatch timeframe, which will be confirmed during your consultation.

Custom
Items created through our Custom process are made specifically for you and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Showroom Collection
CTJ does not offer refunds for change of mind on our Showroom Collection items. Our Showroom Collection covers any in-stock or ready for immediate dispatch items.
Eligible Showroom Collection items may be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, subject to a $150 restocking fee. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and include proof of purchase, original documentation, and packaging. Exchanges requested outside the 14-day window cannot be processed. Items that have been resized are not eligible for exchange.
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be issued to the original purchaser in the form of a gift card, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
