Do you have diamonds in your show room ready to view?
We have an extensive range of loose diamonds and pre-made jewellery in store, ready to view and purchase. We can also source diamonds and gemstones based on your requirements!
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, our diamonds certified by the GIA for our mined diamond and the IGI for our lab grown diamonds. The only reason we do different agencies is so we can tell them apart!
Why are your prices better than other jewellers?
We are Australia’s largest wholesale diamond dealer direct to the public. We cut out the middleman to give our clients the best possible price guaranteed.

How long will it take to create my design?
Engagement Rings / Eternity Bands
Our production times vary depending on the details of your design. We carry a large inventory of diamonds and gemstones in store. If your stone is in stock, on average our engagement rings take 2-4 weeks to create by our on-site jewellers. If we need to source your stone, the time frame is around 4-6 weeks. These timeframes do not include shipping and are subject to change.

All of our in-stock pieces will be dispatched in 1 to 3 business days, this timeframe does not include time in transit.
Men’s Wedding Bands
All our men’s wedding bands are custom ordered and take an average of 2-4 weeks to complete. We recommend allowing extra time before your wedding to ensure smooth delivery.
What if the engagement ring I purchased is the wrong size?
We offer 1 free resize, 1 size up or down for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sizes more than 1 will incur a fee depending on material and how many sizes are needed.
Do you offer cleaning for items purchased at CTJ?
Bring your ring into our showroom for a free lifetime cleaning and inspection service. Our complimentary cleaning service includes a high powered ultrasonic clean which removes the dirt from the setting and the diamond. For a more thorough clean such as a polish or rhodium plating there is an additional charge. *You must be the original purchaser to utilise this service.
Do you repair Jewellery?
Yes! We have two master jewellers onsite and can repair most items. The items do not have to have been purchased at CTJ for this service. Please bring your repairs into our Bundall showroom for a comprehensive assessment and custom quote.
How do I care for my new engagement ring or Jewellery piece?
Materials like gold and diamonds are strong but not indestructible. Metals can wear away with time and general wear so to maintain the integrity and beauty of your ring, we strongly recommend removing your ring before any sports, gym and housework for example washing dishes, gardening or using harsh chemicals. We also recommend removing your ring during swimming and showering. Pavé settings are more likely to catch on certain materials so extra precaution should be taken to ensure the setting retains its integrity. We strongly recommend bringing in your engagement ring yearly to have the settings checked over, think of it like a service similar to how you service your car !
How do i care for my diamond jewelery at home?
For a clean at home, we recommend a solution of warm water and dish soap. In a small bowl mix the water and dish soap, then with a very soft tooth brush gently clean your diamonds. Take extra care and precaution not brush too hard around small stones and prongs. Then rinse well with water (making sure the sink is plugged) and pat dry with a paper towel.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we have a 14-day exchange only policy on showroom purchases. This does not apply to custom work. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
