Delivery
In-stock items are prepared for dispatch from our Gold Coast showroom within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express and include tracking, transit insurance and signature on delivery. Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed by CTJ Jewellery.
If resizing or other modifications are required prior to dispatch, additional processing time may apply. Revised timeframes will be confirmed prior to proceeding.
Returns & Exchanges
We encourage customers to review all product details carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to assist.
Custom
Items created through our custom design process are made specifically for you and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Showroom Collection
Showroom Collection items are held in-stock or available for prompt dispatch.
Change of mind purchases are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible Showroom Collection items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, subject to a $150 restocking fee. Exchanges requested outside of the 14 day window cannot be processed.
To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging, and any accompanying documentation.
Resized, modified, customised, or special-order items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Return shipping and transit insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CTJ Jewellery.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is issued to the original purchaser.
